With sport comes great highs but also huge lows, it is a life of peaks and troughs, often played out in full view of fans and the media. A life in sport, contrary to public opinion, can sometimes feel like a very lonely place. Tactic Counsel’s Personal Stability and Wellbeing department can play an integral role in enabling athletes to perform at their optimum level. We offer the opportunity to speak with an independent third party about any issue affecting their life, whether it be sport related or not, encouraging the best out of the athletes overall performance.
With our counselling, coaching and mentoring services, and wellbeing retreats, we offer a personal and confidential service to the athletes and organisations that we work with.
In conjunction with 21 Sanctuary Retreats we offer a range of bespoke retreats that give individual athletes, teams and or organisations the opportunity to come together and learn key skills. A typical retreat would offer sessions in yoga, mindfulness, personal coaching, commercial and financial workshops giving attendees clear understanding and the confidence to make positive changes. Whether you want to reduce stress, optimise career prospects or simply regain equilibrium, the retreats will empower you to achieve your goals and provide you with the tools to help make positive changes and succeed in achieving sporting goals or supporting your athletes.
